ما يبقى على جهازك

كل ما تسجله في Gym Data يُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات على جهازك: التمارين والبرامج والسلاسل والمجموعات، والكارديو والأنشطة الأخرى، والأنظمة الغذائية وسجل الطعام، والمكملات، وقياسات الجسم، والملاحظات، والتقارير والرسوم والتقويمات المبنية عليها. ويُحفظ هناك أيضًا ما يقرؤه التطبيق من بياناتك الصحية بإذنك.

لا توجد في Gym Data مزامنة سحابية؛ فلا يرسل هذا المحتوى إلينا ولا إلى Firebase ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى، ولا نستطيع رؤيته. وعند التحديث من إصدار سابق على iPhone ينقل التطبيق سجلاتك الموجودة إلى قاعدة بياناته الجديدة على الجهاز نفسه.

الملفات التي تنشئها ونسخ الجهاز الاحتياطية

النسخ الاحتياطية في «إدارة البيانات»، وتقارير المدرب، وملفات البرامج والسلاسل والأنظمة الغذائية، ملفات تنشئها على جهازك. لا تذهب إلا إلى حيث ترسلها بنفسك عبر نافذة المشاركة في النظام، ولا يرفعها Gym Data.

على iPhone قد تتضمن النسخة الاحتياطية للجهاز (iCloud أو الكمبيوتر)، إن فعّلتها، بيانات التطبيق كما تتضمن بيانات التطبيقات الأخرى؛ وهذه النسخة تابعة لحساب Apple الخاص بك ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها. وعلى Android تُستثنى بيانات التطبيق من النسخ الاحتياطي في Android.

حسابك

تسجّل الدخول باستخدام Apple أو Google أو بريد إلكتروني. يحتوي حسابك على ما يلزم للدخول والعضوية فقط: بريدك الإلكتروني (ومع تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple قد يكون عنوان الترحيل الخاص من Apple)، والاسم الذي تقدمه Apple أو Google، وطريقة الدخول، ورقم الجوال الذي تدخله، ووقت إنشاء الحساب وآخر دخول وآخر استخدام. وإذا حفظ إصدار سابق من Gym Data إجابات الإعداد في حسابك، مثل العمر والجنس والدولة والمدينة وفئة التدريب، فهي جزء من السجل نفسه.

تُحفظ هذه البيانات لصالح Gym Data في خدمتي Authentication وCloud Firestore من Google Firebase، ويرسل Firebase رسائل تأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور لحسابات البريد. لا نستخدمها إلا لتسجيل دخولك وتقديم عضويتك ومساعدتك عندما تتواصل معنا.

الاشتراكات والتجارب والوصول المجاني

على iPhone يبيع App Store الاشتراكات ويحصّل قيمتها؛ تتولى Apple الدفع ولا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك. ولربط الاشتراك بحسابك يحفظ التطبيق في سجل حسابك معرّفات معاملات App Store والخطة وتاريخ انتهائها وما إذا كانت في فترة تجربة مجانية، ويحتفظ بسجل ربط يجعل كل اشتراك في App Store مرتبطًا بحساب واحد في Gym Data.

ويسجل حسابك أيضًا وقت بدء تجربته المجانية الوحيدة ومدتها. وإذا بدأت تجربة خاصية يعرضها التطبيق، يسجل خادمنا herov.net معرّف حسابك والخاصية ووقت بدء التجربة وانتهائها. وقد نضيف إلى حسابك وصولًا مجانيًا، فيحفظ السجل نوعه وتاريخ انتهائه وملاحظة داخلية قصيرة.

على Android يبيع Google Play الاشتراكات ويحصّل قيمتها؛ تتولى Google الدفع ولا نتلقى بيانات بطاقتك. ولربط الاشتراك بحسابك يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا herov.net رمز الشراء الذي يعطيه Google Play مع المنتج والخطة، فيتحقق منه خادمنا لدى Google. يحفظ الخادم الرمز مشفّرًا، ومعه مرجعًا غير قابل للعكس لحسابك وللرمز، والمنتج والخطة والعرض، وتاريخ الانتهاء والحالة (نشط أو فترة سماح أو معلّق أو ملغى أو منتهٍ)، وما إذا كان شراءً تجريبيًا، دون بريدك أو اسمك أو رقم جوالك. ويرسل Google Play إلى خادمنا إشعارات بتغيّر حالة الاشتراك (تجديد أو إلغاء أو استرداد)، فيحفظها مع الرمز مشفّرًا لتحديث وصولك.

تبقى سجلات الشراء هذه بعد حذف الحساب، حتى لا يُربط الاشتراك نفسه بحساب آخر، ولا تحتوي بيانات تواصل. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Google Play؛ ألغه من Google Play ← الدفعات والاشتراكات.

ما يطلبه التطبيق من خادمنا

يتصل التطبيق بخادمنا herov.net للأغراض التالية، ولا يحمل أي منها محتوى تمارينك أو تغذيتك أو مكملاتك أو جسمك أو صحتك.

إعدادات التطبيق: يقرأ التطبيق إعداداته، ومنها أماكن ظهور الإعلانات والصور المعروضة مع العروض. لا يحمل الطلب إلا نوع الجهاز، iPhone أو Android، ورقم إصدار التطبيق ولغته ونسخة قائمة الإعلانات، وعلى iPhone رمز الدولة المكوّن من حرفين لمتجر App Store الخاص بك.

الإصدارات المسموح بها: يتحقق التطبيق من أن إصداره ما زال مسموحًا بفتحه، ليعرض التحديث المطلوب عند الحاجة. لا يحمل هذا الطلب أي شيء آخر.

«المساحة»: يحمّل التطبيق قائمة البرامج والعناصر المجانية وصور أغلفتها، مثلًا عند فتح شاشة «اليوم» أو «المساحة»، وأي عنصر تختار استيراده. لا تحمل هذه الطلبات شيئًا عنك، وطلب التحميل لا يحدد إلا العنصر الذي تختاره.

مزايا العضوية: أثناء تسجيل دخولك يتحقق التطبيق من تجاربك ومزاياك مرة في اليوم تقريبًا، وعند بدء تجربة خاصية. تحمل هذه الطلبات رمز دخول يحدد حسابك.

ويقرأ التطبيق أيضًا من مشروع Firebase الخاص بـGym Data تنبيه التحديث الذي تستخدمه الإصدارات السابقة. وكأي موقع، يتلقى خادمنا عنوان IP الخاص بك مع كل طلب، ولا يستخدمه إلا للرد على الطلب وحماية الخدمة، ولا يحتفظ بسجلاته التقنية إلا لمدة قصيرة.

Apple Health وHealth Connect

يستطيع Gym Data قراءة البيانات الصحية من Apple Health على iPhone أو من Health Connect على Android فقط بعد أن تسمح بذلك في شاشة أذونات النظام، وللأنواع التي تسمح بها فقط. وبحسب جهازك تشمل: الطول والوزن ونسبة الدهون والكتلة الخالية من الدهون؛ ومؤشر كتلة الجسم ومحيط الخصر (على iPhone)؛ ونبض القلب ونبض الراحة؛ وتباين نبض القلب (على iPhone)؛ ومعدل التنفس وتشبع الأكسجين وVO2 Max والخطوات وطاقة النشاط والنوم؛ وعلى iPhone تاريخ ميلادك وجنسك. وإذا أضاف إصدار لاحق تتبع الدورة أو اليقظة الذهنية أو الحالة الذهنية (State of Mind) فتنطبق عليها القواعد نفسها.

ما يقرؤه التطبيق يُعرض ويُحفظ على جهازك فقط. لا يرفع Gym Data البيانات الصحية أبدًا، ولا يشاركها مع المعلنين، ولا يكتب إلى Apple Health أو Health Connect. تستطيع تغيير الإذن أو سحبه في أي وقت من إعدادات Health في iPhone أو من Health Connect على Android.

الإعلانات

يعرض Gym Data إعلانات من Google AdMob في بعض المواضع. كل طلب إعلان يطلب إعلانات غير مخصّصة، والإعلانات مقيدة بتصنيف مناسب للجميع، ويعطّل التطبيق معرّف الطرف الأول الخاص بالناشر في AdMob. ومع ذلك قد تعالج Google معرّفات الجهاز، والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP، وتفاعلاتك مع الإعلانات، ومعلومات تشخيصية، لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، وفق سياسة خصوصية Google.

على iPhone لا يطلب التطبيق إذنًا بتتبعك عبر تطبيقات الشركات الأخرى ومواقعها. وعلى Android قد تقرأ أداة إعلانات Google معرّف الإعلانات في الجهاز، ويمكنك إعادة ضبطه أو حذفه من إعدادات Android. وحيث يشترط القانون ذلك، مثل المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة، يطلب نموذج Google اختيارك أولًا، وتظهر «خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات» في الإعدادات لتغييره.

لا يعطي Gym Data أداة AdMob أبدًا بيانات تمارينك أو تغذيتك أو مكملاتك أو جسمك أو صحتك، ولا تفاصيل حسابك.

أخبار التطبيق الاختيارية والتذكيرات

إذا عرضنا أخبار Gym Data واخترت «تفعيل» بعد أول تمرين، يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات من النظام، ويسجل لدى خادمنا herov.net رمز الإشعارات لجهازك من Firebase Cloud Messaging ومنصته ولغته، مرتبطًا بحسابك، لنرسل إليك الأخبار والعروض. لا يُسجَّل شيء ما لم توافق. تستطيع إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت. وتسجيل الخروج يحذف الرمز من جهازك فيتوقف عن العمل؛ ولحذف التسجيل من خادمنا راسلنا.

أما التذكيرات التي يجدولها التطبيق، مثل مؤقت الراحة وتذكيرات المكملات، فتُنشأ على جهازك ولا تمر عبر خادمنا.

مساعدات الذكاء الاصطناعي والروابط

تتيح بعض الشاشات نسخ تعليمات جاهزة إلى الحافظة لتلصقها بنفسك في مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي مثل ChatGPT أو Claude. وبعض هذه التعليمات يتضمن معلومات اخترتها في تلك الشاشة، مثل قائمة تمارينك. لا يتصل Gym Data بأي خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي ولا يرسل إليها شيئًا؛ وما تلصقه تتولاه تلك الخدمة وفق سياستها.

الروابط التي تفتحها من التطبيق، مثل بحث YouTube عن اسم تمرين أو App Store أو صفحات الدعم، تُفتح خارج التطبيق وفق سياسة الخدمة المعنية.

من يتعامل مع البيانات، ولا بيع

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها لإعلانات شركات أخرى. خارج جهازك لا يتعامل مع البيانات لصالح Gym Data إلا هؤلاء، كل منهم وفق شروطه، وقد تُعالج البيانات في دول أخرى: Google Firebase (تسجيل الدخول وسجل الحساب وأخبار التطبيق الاختيارية)، وApple (تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple ومشتريات App Store)، وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Google وإعلانات AdMob ومشتريات Google Play)، وخادمنا herov.net (إعدادات التطبيق والإصدارات المسموح بها و«المساحة» ومزايا العضوية والأخبار الاختيارية).

يستطيع فريق Gym Data الاطلاع على تفاصيل الحساب والعضوية، لا على المحتوى الذي تسجله أبدًا، في لوحة الإدارة على herov.net لدعمك وإدارة العضويات، وتحتفظ اللوحة بنسخة من هذه التفاصيل. وقد نفصح عن معلومات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

حذف الحساب ومدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

احذف حسابك من التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يحذف ذلك فورًا هوية الدخول، ومن سجل حسابك: البريد والاسم ورقم الجوال وطريقة الدخول وأوقاته وإجابات الإعداد والوصول المجاني وتفاصيل اشتراك App Store.

يبقى بعد الحذف: بياناتك المسجلة على الجهاز حتى تحذفها من الإعدادات ← إدارة البيانات ← حذف بيانات محددة أو تحذف التطبيق؛ وسجل بأن التجربة المجانية الوحيدة للحساب استُخدمت ومتى، دون أي بيانات تواصل؛ وسجل الربط بين اشتراك App Store ومعرّف الحساب المحذوف؛ وسجلات شراء Google Play الموضحة أعلاه دون بيانات تواصل.

الحذف من التطبيق لا يصل إلى خادمنا herov.net؛ فتبقى هناك سجلات تجارب الخصائص وأي تسجيل لأخبار التطبيق ونسخة لوحة الإدارة من تفاصيل حسابك حتى نمحوها: راسلنا ونمحوها خلال 30 يومًا. ويمكنك أيضًا طلب الحذف دون التطبيق من herov.net/gymdata/delete-account.

نحتفظ بتفاصيل الحساب ما دام حسابك موجودًا. وتحتفظ Apple وGoogle بسجلات الشراء والدخول الخاصة بهما وفق سياستيهما. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك App Store؛ ألغه من إعدادات حساب Apple.

اختياراتك وحقوقك

تعرض الإعدادات ← الحساب طريقة دخولك ورقم جوالك. لطلب نسخة من تفاصيل حسابك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، راسلنا من بريد حسابك؛ وقد نطلب منك تأكيد أن الطلب صادر منك. تستطيع تغيير إذن Health من إعدادات النظام، واختيارات الإعلانات من الإعدادات ← خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات عند ظهورها، والإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك. وعند تغيير هذه السياسة نحدّث تاريخ النسخة أعلى هذه الصفحة.

What stays on your device

Everything you log in Gym Data is kept in a database on your device: workouts, programs and series, sets, cardio and other activities, diets and food logs, supplements, body measurements, notes, and the reports, charts and calendars built from them. The health readings the app reads with your permission are kept there too.

Gym Data has no cloud sync. It does not send this content to us, to Firebase or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. When you update from an earlier iPhone version, the app moves your existing records into its new database on the same device.

Files you create, and device backups

Backups in Data Management, coach reports, and program, series or diet files are files you create on your device. They go only where you send them through the system share sheet; Gym Data does not upload them.

On iPhone, your device backup (iCloud or a computer), if you turn it on, can include the app's data, as it does for other apps; that backup belongs to your Apple account and we have no access to it. On Android, the app's data is excluded from Android backup.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. Your account holds only what sign-in and membership need: your email address (with Sign in with Apple this can be Apple's private relay address), the name Apple or Google provides, your sign-in method, the phone number you enter, and when the account was created, last signed in and last used. If an earlier version of Gym Data saved setup answers to your account, such as age, sex, country, city or a training category, they are part of the same record.

These details are stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) for Gym Data, and Firebase sends the verification and password-reset emails for email accounts. We use them only to sign you in, provide your membership and help you when you contact us.

Subscriptions, trials and complimentary access

On iPhone, subscriptions are sold and billed by the App Store. Apple handles payment, and we never receive your card details. To link a subscription to your account, the app saves with your account record the App Store transaction identifiers, the plan, its expiry date and whether it is in a free trial, and keeps a link record that ties each App Store subscription to one Gym Data account.

Your account record also notes when its one-time free trial started and how long it lasts. If you start a feature trial offered in the app, our server at herov.net records your account ID, the feature, and when the trial starts and ends. We may add complimentary access to your account; the record then holds its type, its expiry and a short internal note.

On Android, Google Play sells subscriptions and collects payment; Google handles payment and we never receive your card details. To link a subscription to your account, the app sends the purchase token that Google Play provides, with the product and plan, to our server herov.net, which verifies it with Google. The server stores the token encrypted, together with a one-way reference for your account and for the token, the product, plan and offer, the expiry date and state (active, grace period, on hold, canceled or expired), and whether it was a test purchase — never your email, name or phone number. Google Play also sends our server notifications when the subscription changes (renewal, cancellation or refund), which are stored with the token encrypted to keep your access up to date.

These purchase records remain after account deletion so the same subscription cannot be linked to another account; they contain no contact details. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

What the app asks our server

The app connects to our server at herov.net for the purposes below. None of these requests carries your training, nutrition, supplement, body or health content.

App settings: the app reads its settings, including where ads may appear and the images shown with offers. The request carries only the platform (iPhone or Android), the app version, the app language, an ads-catalog version and, on iPhone, the two-letter country of your App Store storefront.

Allowed versions: the app checks whether its version may still open, so that a required update can be shown. This request carries nothing else.

The Space: the app downloads the list of free programs and other items and their cover images, for example when the Today screen or the Space opens, and any item you choose to import. These requests carry nothing about you; a download names only the item you choose.

Membership benefits: while you are signed in, the app checks your trials and benefits about once a day, and when you start a feature trial. These requests carry a sign-in token that identifies your account.

The app also reads, from Gym Data's Firebase project, the update notice that earlier versions use. Like any website, our server receives your IP address with each request; it uses it only to answer the request and protect the service, and keeps its technical logs only for a short time.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Gym Data can read health data from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android only after you allow it on the system permission screen, and only the types you allow. Depending on your device these include height, weight, body fat and lean body mass; BMI and waist circumference (iPhone); heart rate and resting heart rate; heart-rate variability (iPhone); breathing rate, blood oxygen, VO2 max, steps, active energy and sleep; and, on iPhone, your date of birth and sex. If a later version adds cycle tracking, mindfulness or State of Mind, the same rules apply.

What the app reads is shown and kept on your device only. Gym Data never uploads health data, never shares it with advertisers and never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect. You can change or withdraw access at any time in your iPhone's Health settings or in Health Connect on Android.

Ads

Gym Data shows ads from Google AdMob in some places. Every ad request asks for non-personalized ads, ads are limited to a general-audience rating, and the app turns off AdMob's publisher first-party identifier. Google may still process device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, your ad interactions and diagnostic information to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, under Google's privacy policy.

On iPhone, the app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. On Android, Google's ads software can read the device's advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in Android settings. Where the law requires it, for example in the EEA and the UK, Google's consent form asks for your choice first, and Settings shows Ad privacy options so you can change it.

Gym Data never gives AdMob your training, nutrition, supplement, body or health data, or your account details.

Optional news notifications and reminders

If we offer Gym Data news and you choose Enable after your first workout, the app asks the system for notification permission and registers your device's push token from Firebase Cloud Messaging, its platform and its language with our server at herov.net, linked to your account, so we can send you news and offers. Nothing is registered unless you accept. You can stop notifications in your device settings at any time. Signing out deletes the token on your device so it stops working; to remove the registration from our server, email us.

Reminders the app schedules, such as the rest timer and supplement reminders, are created on your device and do not pass through our server.

AI assistants and links

Some screens can copy a ready-made prompt to your clipboard so you can paste it into an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude yourself. Some prompts include information you chose on that screen, such as your exercise list. Gym Data does not connect to any AI service and sends nothing to one; what you paste is handled under that service's own policy.

Links you open from the app, such as a YouTube search for an exercise name, the App Store or our support pages, open outside the app under that service's policy.

Who handles data, and no selling

We do not sell your data, rent it or share it for other companies' advertising. Outside your device, only these handle data for Gym Data, each under its own terms and possibly in other countries: Google Firebase (sign-in, the account record and optional news notifications), Apple (Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases), Google (Google sign-in and AdMob ads and Google Play purchases) and our server at herov.net (app settings, allowed versions, the Space, membership benefits and optional news).

The Gym Data team can see account and membership details, never the content you log, in our administration dashboard at herov.net, to support you and manage memberships; the dashboard keeps a copy of those details. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Deleting your account, and how long we keep data

Delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately removes your sign-in identity and, from your account record, your email, name, phone number, sign-in method and times, setup answers, complimentary access and App Store subscription details.

What stays: your logged data on the device, until you remove it in Settings → Data Management → Delete Selected Data or delete the app; a record that the account's one-time free trial was used and when, with no contact details; and the link record that ties an App Store subscription to the deleted account's ID; and the Google Play purchase records described above, without contact details.

The in-app deletion does not reach our server at herov.net. Feature-trial records, any news registration and the dashboard copy of your account details stay there until we erase them: email us and we erase them within 30 days. You can also ask for deletion without the app at herov.net/gymdata/delete-account.

We keep account details for as long as your account exists. Apple and Google keep their own purchase and sign-in records under their policies. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple account settings.

Your choices and rights

Settings → Account shows your sign-in method and phone number. To get a copy of your account details, correct them or delete them, email us from your account's email address; we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you. You can change Health access in the system settings, ad choices in Settings → Ad privacy options when it appears, and notifications in your device settings. When this policy changes, we update the revision date at the top of this page.
