How it's calculated
- LiftSame as the 1RM calculator: a single is the weight itself, 2 to 10 reps use Brzycki, more than 10 use Epley.
- Ratioestimated max ÷ your bodyweight. The bar runs from 0 to 3 times your bodyweight.
- WilksCompares lifters of different bodyweights: total × 500 ÷ (a + b·x + c·x² + d·x³ + e·x⁴ + f·x⁵) where the total is Squat + Bench Press + Deadlift and x is your bodyweight in kg.
- FactorsThe original Wilks coefficients (1994), one set for men and one for women. A bodyweight outside their range counts as the nearest end: 40–201.9 kg for men, 26.51–154.53 kg for women.

- LimitsThe score here comes from estimated maxes, not a meet total.
